If you are dissatisfied with the product or have any complaints, you can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the set requirements found at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you or not accept the return request. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
Return costs are for not covered by us therefore may vary depending on your location and the reason for the return. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days.
