As we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Exchanges and returns

Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days. To return please read our refund policy and email us at support@armoiremelbourne.com

If you are dissatisfied with the product or have any complaints, you can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the set requirements found at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you or not accept the return request. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address in the form. Make sure you provide the parcel with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we don't want any misunderstandings. Mail the track & trace code to support@armoiremelbourne.com so that your order can be tracked by us at all times.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be transferred to your account within 14 days.

Return costs are for not covered by us therefore may vary depending on your location and the reason for the return. We advise using a tracked shipping method from a trusted carrier to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please note that return costs are non-refundable. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
