Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the demand for the ordered product(s). Please note that no shipping occurs on weekends and holidays.
Additionally, shipping may experience a few days delay with large order quantities. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly via email. We appreciate your understanding and kindly request that you allow us sufficient time to fulfill our obligations in this matter.
Order Delivery Time
The delivery time is a minimum of 2-10 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Delays may also occur due to the ongoing pandemic. We strictly adhere to the new protocols and procedures for couriers and airport customs. Nevertheless, delays may occur, especially during holidays, due to high customer demand for orders.

The shipping confirmation, along with the tracking number(s), will be sent by the sender via email once the order is processed in our system.
Return Costs
All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly request that you first request the return form from our customer service via the contact form before sending back the goods, so that we can handle your return shipment as smoothly as possible for you.
